Intro (Ash City) (The Cities Series) Welcome to Ash City, the most neglected city of the five cities in the country of Amari. It's polluted, litter everywhere, factories placed near homes, so most people that live near it have asthma. Ash City, the place where in the past the government had placed many help houses in decent neighborhoods which turned it bad due to criminal activity as most help houses have many addicts and criminals in them. In the past land lords and building owners were so corrupt that hey would burn the apartment buildings down just to collect the insurance money which displaced many Ash citizens and gave Ash City its name making Ash a barren place to live at one point...but hey its not all bad. The people of Ash have gathered together to fight for better living conditions. They protested and made petitions for better housing and living conditions. They came together and made community gardens in their neighborhoods to help feed people who can't afford to eat and to improve the air quality with parks. Many of Ameri's artists are from Ash City. Many potters, sculptors, traditional artists, designers, musicians, and dancers come from Ash City. Over the years, it has slowly improved as more citizens got access to the internet, they show cased to the world the living conditions of Ash. This has forced the government to make improvements and offer better housing and more accessible medical care. Celesta is currently working in Diamond Island as a bartender in a popular club called "The Stars" She lives in the south in Ash City in an area called Forest that's "the hood" She is in an on and off again relationship with Bruce due to his constant cheating but she loves him and hates that she loves him. She is currently trying to decide whether she should join the army or go to university in the City of Kings. She is sassy, has quick-witted and loves to hang out with friends, loves shopping, has a good sense of humor and speaks her mind.
