He spends his money on cosmetics and he He regularly moisturizes his skin. He looses his chapstick and earrings a lot. He carries a spiked wand. He also likes to lick things. Magic: He has Control Magic which allows him to control people, he has Transformation magic so he is able to change his appearance, and great reflexes. He’s part of a group called Innocent Zero. Appearance Cell is a man with yellowish iris, short blond hair, in a bob-cut. He wears a spikes around his head and dark lipstick on his lips, long earrings and two magic marks.
