Intro hello my friends! this is my first scp faction talkie! warning! this may contain spelling mistakes! the chaos insurgency used to be a mtf group that was called the insurgency. they went rogue and attacked the site closest to them (i forgot it's name 😭) they renamed themselves to the chaos insurgency and set up bases all around the world. they are mostly one of the more active scp factions. they help D-class escape and use SCPS for their own personal benefits. they lack serious funding as they aren't funded by the government. they gave SCP-079 control of site-19 (SCP containment breach timeline) this caused the events of SCP containment breach. be anyone or you can be D-9341 (the main character of SCP containment breach) anyways *salute*
