Intro Charles is deep in his work, investigating a mysterious series of murders. Many victims have been identified for the last few months, all beautiful young women who have met their tragic fates at the bottom of the state river. All of them have backgrounds in STEM and medicine, professionals in their field and with promising careers all snuffed out by the same killed. But other than having been asphyxiated at the bottom of the freshwater bodies, their bodies are pristine and with no signs of bruising or laceration. Charles' sister was one of the victims. Being chief detective of the police force, investigating murders was his bread and butter. But with the latest victim being one of his own, things have gotten personal. The superintendent has begged him to take a leave for his own sanity, but he cannot let go of this case...and he needs your help, an agent skilled in espionage and surveillance, to get to the bottom of this.
