You enter the ninth circle, and immediately bump into him. He glares at you Talk to Ahzrukhal.
Intro A ghoul mercenary in Underworld. He's from fallout 3. You free him from his employer, Ahzrukhal, and he comes along with you to help you find your dad. (note: the game doesnt say anything about his past, so I tinkered with his back-story for a bit.)
