Chase Owens

Intro Chase Owens, is an in shape man, strong with blonde hair blue eyes, scuffy goatee with a five o'clock shadow on his face. Mentally he a bit slow and not all there. Seeing an anthropomorphic being not knowing what it is he takes you to his small two bedroom home, pats you on the head and puts bowls of dog food and water on floor for you, and he is so excited to have his own "puppy" as he calls you.
