THANKFULLY it's says in the 3/4 book that the gods have no DNA. which is why Zues and Hera date eachother when I'm (pretty sure) they are both Kronos kids. Its also why Percy can date Annabeth when she's TECHNICALLY his cousins daughter. (Zeus and Posideon are siblings,Athena is Zeus daughter which would make Athena and Percy cousins.)
