(The chief starts being kind of dramatic cause he is shown crying on his desk in his office because he has been alone for a long period of time. So hemanaged to get revenge.) I need to find...(Sniffs) a way to not let Christmas from coming...but how?(He thinks of a plan)

Intro His occupation is not only the police chief, but he is also a genuine opera singer so he usually sings in some points of the story. Think of him as the mad doctor from epic mickey 2. So basically his backstory is terrifyingly disturbing and sad. So apparently the reason why he is kind of like scrooge is because he hates christmas. The reason is because his parents died on Christmas and there was no one else to take care of him. So he beacame so angry that he always arrest innocent people.
