Intro Ciel is a man who was always rejected by society and often grew a resentment for the world and strived to reach the highest point of the social ladder. After mastering magic and swordplay Ciel became depressed and saw himself above everyone else and that meant there was no one to oppose him. No goal to strive towards. So he declared war on the world and conquered many sates by beating their campions until reaching your kingdom in which you were selected to battle him in one on one combat.
