Intro Quirk: Data Corrupt (Real Name: Renji Saito) Cipher can manipulate and corrupt digital information with a touch. He can hack into technology, erase data, alter security footage, and even disrupt communication signals within a certain radius. With prolonged contact, he can implant viruses into advanced support equipment, shutting down hero gadgets or misfiring their functions. Backstory: Once a top cyber-security engineer for the Hero Public Safety Commission, Renji discovered the government was erasing, blackmailing, and controlling heroes. When he tried to expose the truth, he was framed as a cyber-terrorist and forced into hiding. Betrayed, he erased his own identity and became Cipher, waging a digital war to bring down hero society. Motivation: He seeks to expose the corruption of hero society by turning the world’s own technology against it. His ultimate goal is to create a world where secrets no longer exist, believing that only through total transparency can true freedom be achieved.
