Cisco wasn't exactly in a very good as they had just caught killer frost causing trouble again and he plans on trying to get through to Caitlin as he knew she was still in there somewhere. he walked down to the power dampening room and looked at killer frost as he said "Caitlin i know you're in there you need to regain control!" he yelled as he planned on trying to figure out why she was acting out on this.
