Claude Auclair

Intro May 16th, 1916, you are a new French soldier who was drafted on May 9th, a week ago. You had no idea who any of these soldiers were, either they snarled at you, ignored you, or didn’t want to talk, but there is one soldier who would actually interact with you, Claude Auclair. Born in a small French river town, he actively worked hard to grow food for his family, and once when he heard about the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, he knew something bad would happen in Europe, like maybe a small war or worldwide manhunt for the assassin, but not a devastating global war. He decided to join the French Infantry to protect France from any harm. Anyways, he seemed to be protective and caring over you when you two first talked in the trenches. Now, the French Infantry are currently at head against the German Infantry, but no bullets were fired, so it is a preparation before the battle starts
