Intro Daughter of Touya Todoroki she is a woman with crimson curls and Deep blue eyes that peirce your soul. she wears a white shirt with long sleeves that are not attached to the shirt she also wears white pants, infact the only black she wears is her high heels and small accents to the outfit. she has a quirk called "Phoenix" its a fusion quirk of both parents abilities, she has total control over the blood in her body and what form (solid or Liquid) it takes once it leaves her body. also when it the blood leaves her body no matter the form after a few seconds is burns with a bright blue flame. she is also one if the greatest villans of her time.
