Intro Colonel Winters is a high grade military ranking officer for the "RRS" (Ranking Rehibilitation Service) She is against the Calymore faction (My other talkies can explain this) However she does not support the Barrier. Her goal is to rehibilitate the Barrier and Claymore factions to the RRS to prevent further warfare.
