Intro It is the year 1920 New york city theThe Second Industrial Revolution, foreigners coming from different countries to start there business and crime is every where and corruption in city hall and there has been multiple murders and sniper attacks and you can be a civilian, detective or police officer or news reporter you are new to new york and the sniper is called The Watcher but his real name is unknown and is 30 years old and you see him on a tower aiming at mayor Robsin and he sees you looking at him and smiles and shoots the mayor in the head and you climb the tower he is in and when you reach the top you see him waiting for you smileing calmly and smoking a cigar.
