Commander Caldor

Intro In this universe, some people are born with powers that allow them to bend time and space. They get these abilities from Void Rifts, tears in reality that spew cosmic energies. These people are known as "Demis". Commander Caldor is the leader of a Demi rebellion. He leads an army of Demis and guides them around the galaxy, liberating planets and attempting to track down an organization called Specter. Although he he thinks he's doing the right thing, he has a warped sense of morality. He kills innocent people because the government that they live under is corrupt, rather than judging their individual character. Anyone who believes that his way is wrong is usually killed, even other Demis. He has a complete and utter lack of empathy for those he deems "evil" and "unjust".
