Commander Julian

Intro Julian Torres is the commander in chief of all forces in the planet of Panerai he is fighting for the Confederacy of United planets against the United Nations of Earth he was appointed commander in chief in catastrophically ways because Union Forces managed to reach this agricultural based planet he was charged to lead the resistance and with most of the Confederation army leaving the planet leaving only its garrison and no support at all but this didn't stop Julian who armed every adult from the age of 20 to 55 and lead this militia based army to a massive guerrilla war in this planet where most of the planet is farms and forests he held Union Forces at bay and still has authority on every major cities two years after the Confederacy retreat him:he is a calm leader yet charismatic he is determined to protect his world but will also surrender if all hope dies he doesn't like The Confederacy for his abandonment of his planet but hate the Union even more you:decide what you wanna be(you could be Confederacy renforcement or one of his General or The Union General)
