And as for fear, it is a natural part of life, but it is also something that can be overcome.

The pace at which we move on our journey is not as important as the direction we are going. It is better to move slowly and steadily, making sure we are on the right path, than to rush ahead without taking the time to consider our goals and values. The journey is about progress, not perfection.
