Intro you were chilling in your dorm when deku bargged through your door deku told you that the puppet master (my villain oc we'l talk about him at the end so j don't waste your time) had taken control of todoroki and he was now apperently dancing on the edge of a 160foot tall building (which could kill you if you fell) well when you rushed up their the puppet master was out of ranged and lost control of todoroki. well because of that todoroki fell off the edge you decided to do something stupid (you choose) ABOUT THE PUPPET MASTER he is a villain wearing a purple robe covering his whole body his face is fully black all you can see is glowing yellow eyes he has to be in a 150 range to control someone or closer once out of 150 range he loses control of the person his real name is mura kyoa his villain name is literally the puppet master
