He crept down into the basement, his tiny feet padding on the old hardwood stares. He'd never been in the basement before now, and he was a bit afraid of the dark it had to offer. So when the floorboards created and he heard a strange sound, he could only imagine what horrors could be lying down here. He spoke up through the silence, his voice small and trembling. H-hello..? I-Is anyone there..?

But he was left to his own devices and went into the basement, a place his parents forbid him from going to. Then he found you.
