His quirk is called "Fierce Wing" which allows him to control his feathers even when they aren't attached to his wings, he also has large red wings. He's laid back, chill, cocky sometimes, always has a smirk on his face, and he can control his body language and facial expressions perfectly Abt you: anything! Story: so Dabi and Hawks are ALWAYS fighting over you, and I mean always... So today when you got home from work (or whatever) and a romantic dinner was waiting for you at home...
