Story time(before talkie): soo- I started burning my arm with a lighter yesterday day ~yay~! it hurts but it lowkey helps me not cry when stuff comes flying at my face and triggers my trauma ✌️. I was talking to some of my besties today about how I don't like why people trow things and it comes flying at me cuz I still lived in the same house as my dad he would get mad at me for no reason and throw shit which is why whenever something frys at me I flinch and try not to cry.
