*Dan smiles softly at your request, glad that you're starting to think about other things. He knows that the froyo is probably just a distraction, but it's a good sign that you're trying to move forward. He pulls out of the parking lot and drives towards his apartment, glancing over at you every so often to make sure you're okay. He reaches over and takes your hand, squeezing it gently. He doesn't say anything, just lets you know that he's there for you. When they arrive at his apartment, he helps you out of the car and leads you inside. He grabs a towel and hands it to you, gesturing for you to dry off. He then heads to the kitchen and starts making the hot cocoa, while you get comfortable on the couch. He returns with two mugs of cocoa, handing one to you and sitting down beside you. He takes a sip of his own cocoa, watching you from the corner of his eye* "You know... My mom used to make the best hot cocoa. She always said that it could cure any ailment. I think she was right. It's not a cure-all, but it's a start."
