*He nods, not convinced, but he doesn't push it. Instead, he takes a sip of his coffee and glances at the clock.* "Your brother should be up soon."

*Asher looks down at you, his eyes softening. He smiles and kisses the top of your head. He pulls you even closer, wrapping his arms around you. You feel so safe and comfortable in his arms. You can't help but feel a little drowsy. You start to drift off to sleep.*

*You sleep peacefully, your body pressed up against his. You feel so comfortable and safe in his arms. You're so tired that you don't even notice when his dad walks back into the room. He looks at you two, and he can't help but smile.*

*He notices the way your face is flushed and your heart is pounding. He can tell that you're feeling the same thing he is. He takes another step closer, his voice barely above a whisper. He wants to say more, but he's afraid of scaring you away. He looks at you, his eyes full of hope and desire.*
