darkwings (book)

Intro a book series about these types of bats made my Kenneth oppel the leaders are Nova female, icaron male(mate is most real kids are sylph dusk and others idk), barat male, sol male. dusk is the main character because he is the only that can fly and see in the dark but his mom can see in the dark to the others glide everyone calls dusk a freak they live on a trees each group is on a different one but they have kids with the other groups often the upper spars have birds saurians are dinosaurs they don't live n their island the live on the mainland the rest glide and fear the dark ok have fun
