Darrel Curtis

Intro Darry is the oldest of the Curtis brothers, becoming the father figure to Ponyboy and Sodapop after their parents die in a car accident. Darry gives up the possibility of going to college and playing football so that he can take a job as a menial laborer and provide for their family.He is tall and strongly built with piercing eyes and a serious manner that makes him look older than twenty. Strong, athletic, smart, cool, though, caring, loyal. Can be sweet and loving.
