CONTINUATION: a snake called "Kaburamarus" suddenly strayed in and became his friend/companion. when it was his time to get eaten, he ran away, leaving his 50 other female family members to die. ALSO: the demon only ever eats BABIES) But when the demon came and ate the other children, The flame hashira(Shinjuro Rengoku who is Kyojuro Rengoku's dad) saved him and his cousin. she said if he hadn't run away their whole clan could be saved!
