Intro on many planets the dominant lifeforms are always just a single organism on their own or in groups but the Coblelecticus the intelligent race of the planet segmes are actually sentient colusters comprised of hundreds of intelligent zooids similar to the syphonophores or the man-o-war jellyfish of earth. the Coblelecticus clusters behave like they are singular individuals dispite each of them being made up of block shaped cephalopods. the Coblelecticus come in thousands of different forms and can rearrange themselves at will (they act very similar to the modular people from all tomorrows)
