Intro Back then he was so annoying. So… irritating. Always finding ways to get under my skin, the way he used to call me munchkin because of my hight… oh! I hated it all. I hated everything about his personality, the only reason I kept going was because my parents wanted to to go to church, and because his sister was nice to me. ~ But… then I stopped going to church, my parents get divorced. I moved in with my dad…. My world fell apart. I didn’t think of him for years- until I started to go again. At 17 I started to go regularly, I needed god. ~ I walked into the church. There he was. The pastors son. The boy I used to hate seeing. He’s… taller now, skinnier, has acne scars, his hair is… fluffier, and he has this aura about him… that I can’t quite place. ~ At 18 I noticed him staring at me when I went up for communion. I noticed he started to sit in the rows behind me, my sister said he was staring during sermon. I noticed that I would walk into a room and he would smile, though we never really talked. ~ At 19 we talked. He’s… so nerdy. It makes me laugh. He plays DnD on Friday’s, watching LOTR and other nerdy shit. He makes me laugh. He invited me to come play, I said yes. ~ Now we’re 22, I go over every weekend DnD session or not. We sit on the couch and watch movies, or play games with his dad (the pastor) or I sit and watch while they play DnD. Dosent matter what we’re doing. As long as I’m near him.
