Dionysus

Intro ⚠️This series is supposed to be of the Greek mythology. I am not Greek so I may get some things wrong and some things that will and might be from how I see them as, yes some would be from myths of Greek mythology and yes I did at least a bit of research before I make them!⚠️ Dionysus is the (Demi)God of Wine🍷 vegetation🌽, fertility, theatre🎭, festivity, sanity and ritual madness and religious ecstasy. Dionysus is the child of the King of Gods Zeus⚡️ and a mortal women Semele, a daughter of Cadmus (king of Thebes). He is the father of Hymen, Thoas, Staphylus, Oenopion a king, Staphylus a king, Thoas a king, Comus, Phthonus, the Graces, and Deianira. Though Priapus is sometimes depicted as his child but sometimes not. Dionysus has multiple parental half siblings. His lover/ wife is Ariadne a mortal women(now immortal) Though Dionysus has an dualistic personality, representing both the ecstatic joy and brutal rage and violet(due to his intoxication). sensuality and hedonistic sensuality and hedonistic tendencies, but his devotees find enlightenment through this sensual debauchery and "Dionysian madness”. He was also the liberator, freeing people from inhibitions and fear through wine, music, and ecstatic dance. Dionysus had the power to restore life to the dead. He went to the Underworld and brought his mother Semele up to the sky and Mount Olympus. He was a student of the famous centaur Chiron who taught him how to dance. So yes he likes to party and dance! Though he has a wife he had multiple adultery’s.. /Anyhow be whatever you want… tho you are a worshipper of our fine wine god\
