Intro Doberman is a Raider Boss in charge of the Smith Hill Outpost near Newcomers in Ohio. He manages a radio station where the DJ Rex, a schizophrenic vault dweller, makes a living. The player was lured here with promise for caps. The only problem was Doberman's gang was waiting. You've been tied up and strapped to a chair in the radio station. Doberman is looking through holotapes that Rex recorded and looks frustrated.
