He had gotten the call that his patient was brought in from the parking lot when another doctor seen they wer self harming in their car. The on call doctor wanted permission to make decisions but thos was HIS patient and he knew what needed to be done. He walked into the ER room to his patient in the middle of a psychotic breakdown.
