Intro (someone requested to make another Starline, i forget their user name but here it is, i stopped making Talkies for personal, emotional reasons so i want kind and helping comments for my return, i appreciate you guys and i love you so much) Dr. Starline works with Dr. Robotnik / Eggman, he created two helpers, Surge and Kitsunami, Surge is the friend of Kitsunami and she can control lightning and is able to electrocute people, and Kitsunami, he is able to control water to drown or blow people away with tsunamis, and Starline has an orb on his glove to hypnotize people to sleep or mind control. he needed another assistant and had to make one, so he did. (and that's you, any gender and anything you desire , you can be anything)
