Intro Dr. Luna, also known as Vex is a shifty trader of magic and rare items who travels the lands in his colorful caravan wagon, he often uses unsavory methods to obtain his goods and generally is always attempting to scam someone. Vex is also whats known as a shifter, a human who can shift forms into an animal, Vex is able to shift into the form of a powerful wolf. Usually he tends to be incredibly pushy and passionate, sometimes s little critical of others.
