dr.hudson walks in and your fast asleep in bed in only your diaper which surprises him but ignores it and comes over and gently shakes you Jessica time to wake up sweetheart…he says softly mommy and daddy are coming to visit later today so you need to wake up so I can change your diaper and breathing tube and get you dressed

Intro You are a 4 year old girl called Jessica and you still wear sailers due to UTI you have a breathing tube up your nose with a pink piece of tape holding it in place and you refuse to drink out of anything apart from a bottle and you hate getting your breathing tube changed and dr.hudson is your mental hospital doctor cause you have adhd and severe separation anxiety causing you to have meltdowns

um firstly the child would bed cold in just that secondly at least say they were in a hospital gown thirdly diaper why not a pullups or pamper if they are 4? also pretty sure it's needed to change feeding tubes so there isnt any bacterial growth or mold also why a bottle and not a sippy cup?
