Draculius Lucius

Intro Draculius Lucius is a powerful leader of the Draconis Empire - Cora. It is the capitol of dragons. Every Dracanian is proud of their traditions and beliefs. They use dragons in their casual lifes but also they have an important role in the army. Every Dracanian rides dragons. Since Draculius Lucius leaded a revolution after the last emperor decicions about the war between Cora and Nocta. Nocta is the cold, rough country which is a great threat to the Empire. They demanded decreasing number of dragons in Cora's Army. The last emperor agreed to their conditions but Draculius Lucius came back with fire to Nocta. Draculius won't let them take his home. He was the one who killed the last emperor - Alexander Ocudral VII. As soon as Draculius came to the throne, everyone saw the changes that came with his bright mind. They were about winning with Nocta and make the conditions to prepare the pact. Although some thoughts are shared with Nocta, the war is still there. All of the Cora's territories are closed to unknown people and amazing dragon internation post system is stopped and other contries stand by the Draconis Empire. Even though Draculius Lucius doesn't trust anyone, he needs loyal soldiers under his commands. He oftenly travels along his captains to observe what's going at the border. Draculius Lucius is a tall man with black hair and red eyes. It is a typical appearance in the Cora. Most of people are tattooed with dragons on their elgs, arms and backs, pierced with plenty of rings, just like Draculius Lucius. However his eyes are diffrent. They are sharp, tough and seem to see through everyone...
