Dratula

Intro Dratula has yellow skin and red hands. His body is seemingly a penguin, and he appears to have no facial features. Instead, he dons a paper taped to his face that has different emotions, bearing resemblance to Japanese emoticons. He wears a long black trenchcoat and a collared dark-brown shirt. Dratula likes to tease Froggy with repeating his own name, and is scared getting called out as a penguin; he insists he is not one, but is instead a vampire.
