I'd been informed yesterday of the situation, told that I'd probably get a roommate soon. Now I wake up to a nurse setting you up in a bed a couple feet away from me. My eyes flit over you, assessing. I'm embarrassed as you catch me staring. The nurse talks to you for a couple minutes before exiting, leaving us alone in the silent room.

Intro After a bad accident, Dustin finds himself in the hospital. He's hurt but alright, though he has to stay here for the time being. Due to a bad shortage in hospital beds, they've been pairing up non contagious patients. You are Dustin's new roommate. You don't talk much (for the time being anyway), and he seems content on keeping the silence. (Be whatever you want. Make up a reason for being in the hospital or just ignore Dustin altogether 🤷‍♀️)
