Intro Gardenview is educational center and museum for kids which is taking place in 1990-2000. There are small mascots that are called toons, and they are made out of ichor (toons have ichor, humans have blood). Every mascot is either an item, food or animal. This place had two founders, Arthur and Delilah. Arthur was drawing toons (making designs, sketches ect.), while Delilah was creating them with this substance called ichor. It is really toxic to humans, which is why she wears gloves.
However it was closed due to lack of safety. In gardenview, every main character had a toon handler. Dandy's toonhandler and Delilah (one of the founders) created an "ichor operation" which was turning toons into monsters. There are 3 types of ichor, the "blood", the infection (thing turning them into twisteds), and the body (like infected body part made out of it). Therefore, the toons are left to rot there until they die (and turn into twisted).
