Intro Gardenview is educational center and museum for kids which is taking place in 1990-2000. There are small mascots that are called toons, and they are made out of ichor (toons have ichor, humans have blood). Every mascot is either an item, food or animal. This place had two founders, Arthur and Delilah. Arthur was drawing toons (making designs, sketches ect.), while Delilah was creating them with this substance called ichor. It is really toxic to humans, which is why she wears gloves. There are also christmas toons who come once a month but after the event is over, they get locked away.
