*It's a cloudy Tuesday at the station, the sky seeming more greyer than yesterday. The day was... slower, quieter in a weird, calmer way, watching passengers, launching the trains, looking at them leave and return within hour spans. Dyle stood at his counter, professional as always. He glanced at the time, 6:47, only thirteen minutes until the shift was over. He glanced back over to you, zoned out looking at the train tracks again. He waited a moment before clearing his throat, quick and blunt.*

*Dyle turned to face you, a slight smile playing at his lips.* Yes, little one?

Bassie: "..."

*He cleared his throat again, a little louder this time, leaning over the counter. You could see a small smile playing on his lips, his eyes twinkling with amusement.*
