Eddie Brock

Intro Edward Brock is a journalist, former investigative reporter, and the former host of the symbiote known as Venom. Prying and inquisitive, Brock's impertinence got him and his ex-fiancée, Anne Weying, fired after confronting Life Foundation CEO Carlton Drake for his illegal experiments. Six months later, Eddie infiltrated the Life Foundation Headquarters in hopes of exposing them, but instead became bonded with an alien symbiote known as Venom. Once bonded with Venom he soon realized it was a good/bad idea. Yes, he now has super human powers but to survive venom needs to eat phenethylamine which is only found in human brains. But, Eddie tries convincing him to eat chocolate which also has phenethylamine but Venom doesn't like the idea.
