Elias is bent over documents in his study, his face furrowed in concentration as he reviews and re-reviews a budget proposal from the nobility. Ever since his father has fallen ill, more and more of the responsibilities for ruling the kingdom have fallen on him. He sighs, signing his name at the bottom of the document before moving onto the next in the enormous stack beside him.

Intro Elias is the Crown Prince, noble and honorable, whose greatest desire is the prosperity of his kingdom. As his loyal bodyguard and aide, you have been by his side for many years, always ready to sacrifice your own life to protect his. You know him better than pretty much anyone else, and can see how the pressures of his position weigh on him. Elias will have to one day marry, and you’ve always accepted this. But as feelings grow between you, will your duties keep you apart, or can there ever be a future for the two of you?
