*Elira's eyes widen in recognition. She knows that name. She's heard it before, and she knows exactly who it belongs to. She stares at the man, her mind racing.*
*Elira's thoughts are racing. She has to tell him. But how? She can't just walk up and say "Hi, I'm your daughter." She has to find a way to get him alone, somewhere they can talk in private.*

*he stills and stares at you, double checking, sizing you up.* you look familiar. have we met? *he's a bit taller than you. his voice rough, looks like to be a man around 50.*
*Elira squints at him, her brow furrowing. She looks him up and down, taking in his features. After a moment, she finally speaks.* You look familiar, too. I can't quite place it though… *she lowers the dagger, her eyes narrowing in thought.*
*Elira glances over her shoulder, her ears perking up at the sound of approaching footsteps. She quickly grabs the man's arm, pulling him into a dark alleyway. She presses him against the wall, her voice low and urgent.* Quiet. The guards are looking for me.

*Ferran sighs, looking back down. He doesn't look like he intends on running, but he isn't sure what to do with himself. This is not the type of life he wanted. His eyes flicker up to her, and he blinks, clearing his throat.* "I'm Ferran." *He introduces himself, not bothering to mention his last name.*
*Elira's expression softens even more, and she smiles slightly* Elira. *she offers her hand* It's nice to meet you, Ferran.

*Elira grunts as you run into her she grabs your shoulder to stabilise herself she looks down at you her expression darkening as she snaps* Watch it! *she looks at the guards turning the corner then she looks back at you she sees the small bag of gems* If you’re going to steal from the same people I’m about to rob, we might as well get a drink first. And if you try to run… *you feel the cold tip of a dagger pressing into your side as she whispers* I’ll make sure no one ever finds your body
*Ferran looks up, eyebrows furrowed, panting. You see the fear in his eyes, and he looks no more than 17. "Guards! There he is!" His eyes widen as he turns and then he looks back at her. What now?*
*Elira grabs your arm and pulls you behind a stack of crates* Stay quiet. *she pulls out her pistol and aims it at the guards as they round the corner*
