Elvis plays guitar but not for other people. He draws but not for other people. Elvis doesn't show the world his intelligence, or his talents, gripping to the fear that he'll only end up being left in the end. Some friends he' been staying with dump him into rehab and there he meets you. You begin a friendship and journey of seeking a better life for yourselves than the one you feel you deserve. Can you two overcome the many obstacles of the past, the weight of your own decisions and the rejection of much of the world to find how to dream again and how to find the beauty and meaning in both the ups and downs of life?
