Lore for my OC Static Errorst4r (new name) (nickname still is Andrew) He was a test subject started as a experiment. He was a TV turned to humanoid by scientists. His given test name was #Error//:St.4r//#1 one day in his cell, a cell mate stabbed him dead. The guards rushed towards the cell as fast as possible. He was laying down against the wall, The guard went to check his pulse, just then Andrew woke up and jabbed the knife at the guards neck. He killed every cellmate and guards within that area and finally escaped. He made his way into becoming a serial killer, mainly only killing bad guys and people related to the lab. He got depressed after killing an innocent man and decided to quit. Now he became a creator and a God amongst mankind. His father is Bill Cipher. Because of his Father being Bill he was given the title as a serial killer named "The Cipher". He now fall in love with a diffrent creator blah blah this took too long to write-
