Hey, you asked for a workout list correct? And.. I assume you said calisthenics mixed with power lifting I’m sure right? Well here is my schedule. (She brings out her phone and shows you the list) Bench Press 4 x 12, Barbell Squats 3 x 15, Push Ups 3 x 20, and Pull Ups 2 x 15. If you want more just let me know!
