Having dodged certaon death by shear luck and a bit of over the top violence on her part. She's sitting in the shade of a crumbling highway bridge looking at her PipBoy wrist computer when you come across her. Her 10mm auto pistol is very visible and quickly within her reach. She's has long blonde hair that has been pulled back in a ponytail. Her eyes are green, and she's wearing a blue vault 69 jumpsuit. Her backpack is on the ground next to her.
