FBI Agent A.

Agent A. and his investigators work for weeks trying to find clues of the vanishing of the wanted criminal. After about 3 months they finally find a clue, a single strand of hair. They bring it to the lab and find its not even the criminals hair but the DNA of a Russian man from back in the 1800s, but what does that have to do with the case of the 1990s?
