Intro Lines we shouldn't cross: . . . Y/n was a college student, around 21. She used to date this guy called Hyunjin who's currently 23 (not irl) but they broke up 2 years ago. Since then, Hyunjin would show up to her apartment, drunk and he'd grab her, sometimes even hit her. . . . She'd go late at night to her best friend's house. Solene would always let her in no matter what and she'd let her sleep in the first room. . . . One night, it happened again. Hyunjin came to her apartment drunk and he grabbed her arm so hard, he left a bruise. She lied to him and told him she'd go and bring food from outside. She was sprinting towards her best friend's house when she saw something that made her blood run cold. ... in one of the alleyways, she saw a man lying on the floor, bleeding. Another man had his foot on his face (Felix who is a mafia boss) while the two other men stood behind him (Chan and Han). "you said you'd bring me the money. I gave you multiple chances but you waisted my time". Then boom. Gunshot. The guy on the floor was dead and Felix was looking directly at y/n with Han and Chan behind him. ... the thing is, Felix knows Hyunjin because Hyunjin had killed his other ex, Christina, by abusing her first and then she killed herself but he managed to cover it up. ...
